A tiny bear pink of color and purple of nose is having a swing in the hanging basket of pink and lavender vincas. She'll be getting some lovely wings soon and will appear on Etsy sometime over the weekend.
Hello Debora! Thank you very much. I'm getting some help from my mailing list folks as I asked for suggestions of color combinations they would like to see. I have one coming up that's a sunset color - burt orange. Now I'm just imagining wing colors in teal and lime green. Can't wait to see! Thanks for writing! Donna
I can't wait either!!! Color is such a marvelous thing, isn't it? I noticed your multi-colored nose on a panda - how cool is that! It's gonna be a colorful year!
I have done a few multicolored noses; I'm working on a bear now who has one. I think I'm not very brave (yet) in the realm of colored fur, but I have made pajama bears with colorful mohair and a few circus bears, too. I have some more ideas and am wanting to stretch a bit this year!
You know, Debora, I've been though a fairly long period of doing realistic bear colors and am now trying to put color everywhere. In the past, I've dyed fur and used bright colors. Seeing the brilliant bears Kim Russell makes in Australia has certainly been an inspiration. I'll be checking your Blog to see the new colorful nosey!! Have a grand week!
